I am a young artist who loves doing many different styles of art, and I have fun doing it. I draw, paint, sculpt (with plaster mostly), pottery. I love to sing and I have been graced with the ear for music. I love drawing people, I find the human body so fascinating and very challenging as well. I have been drawing since I was a little girl, and taught myself for the first 5 years. It was not until later that I started taking art classes, which was the best decision I have ever made. It helped broaden my horizons and strengthen my skills.

so i said i would have new art up and i will soon.. i have just been too lazy to put it up... pathetic i know :cough: but right now i am painting a painting i have already done. and then i have to do it again. seeing as I'm going to sell them! :woohoo: and i am also selling drawings as well so i think I'm doing rather well. considering everyone liked my art work at our art show. woo! :la: and I'm getting :typerhappy: so happy holidays to everyone!!

Soooo i will be having pictures of my paintings up very soon, i've been running around like a crazy person trying to get everything situated, with the end of the semester, and work, and trying to get everything set for my art show... gaaaah!!!:eyepopping: buuuut not too much longer! my paintings are in a fantasy series, since fantasy is my well...fantasy world :P so stay tuned!!!!

so im working on this painting that is pretty big, its a woman whos spirit is leaving the side of her living lover. and he is watching her go but not wanting to. what im having the biggest trouble on is the fraggin faces at side view (remember, i recently started drawing people realistically. so im still having some difficulties on certain things) the second thing im having trouble with are her hands.... right now they look funny.. to me anyway. my teacher says they look fine but i think they are.... odd... but i will keep working on it. and i will look for pictures to use for references to keep me in check. im using acrylic so if you have an
